Night ride terms
The same terms you accept when you book.
- 1. Your driver picks you up, drops you at the festival, waits, and takes you back. The price per night covers 15:00–02:00. Pickup before 15:00 or return after 02:00: THB 500 per hour, added to your price when you book.
- 2. Pay your driver in cash when you arrive at the festival — for both ways. Not at the end of the night.
- 3. Booking 2+ nights: THB 2,000 deposit paid on the first night, taken off your last night. It is kept if you miss a booked night. All 3 nights: THB 1,000 off.
- 4. Your driver waits at the meeting point they send you. If you are late: 15 minutes free, then THB 500 per started hour, paid to the driver. After 1 hour with no reply, the driver may leave.
- 5. Changes before the night: free on WhatsApp. On the night: you can leave earlier (no refund) — just message your driver.
- 6. Phuket only: one pickup and one drop-off point (they can be different). Extra stops or other trips during the night are not included.
- 7. Cleaning fee THB 1,500 if the car is soiled, paid to the driver.

Before your night we send your driver's name, WhatsApp number, car model and licence plate. When you are dropped off, your driver sends you the meeting point for the ride home.
What time should we go to EDC Thailand?＋
Most people go in the late afternoon or evening — it is an open-air festival and the Phuket afternoon sun is very hot. The price covers a hotel pickup from 15:00; an earlier pickup is ฿500 per started hour.
Can I book only the ride home from EDC Thailand?＋
No — on festival nights we only run the full night: your driver takes you there, waits and brings you back. After the last set the roads around Rhythm Park are at their busiest, and a driver who is already waiting for you is the whole point.
When do I pay?＋
In cash, to your driver, when you arrive at the festival — for both ways. Not at the end of the night. Booking 2 or more nights adds a THB 2,000 deposit on the first night, taken off your last night.
What if I want to stay later than I booked?＋
Message your driver. 15 minutes are free, then ฿500 per started hour, paid to the driver. Leaving earlier is fine too — just tell them.
How long is the drive to Rhythm Park from Patong?＋
About 40 minutes from Patong, 50 minutes if you leave between 16:00 and 19:00 when the evening traffic builds. From Bang Tao and Laguna hotels it is a few minutes; from Kata, Karon or Rawai allow closer to an hour.
Can we be dropped somewhere else after the festival?＋
Yes. Each night has one pickup and one drop-off anywhere in Phuket, and they can be different — for example back to a friend's hotel or to Patong. Extra stops or other trips during the night are not included.
Is this the official EDC Thailand shuttle?＋
No. IslandTransfer is an independent Phuket transfer service and is not affiliated with EDC or Insomniac. The official shuttle is booked through the festival's own website.
