Every IslandTransfer airport pickup includes a free meet and greet: our team holds up a name sign with your name on it right at arrivals, at no extra charge — you don't need to search the crowd. Our airport staff are there until midnight; on the rare flight that lands later than that your driver comes to find you himself at the pick-up point, and we tell you before you fly rather than leaving you to discover it on arrival. Either way we agree on an exact pickup point with you before your trip and send you the driver's name, WhatsApp number, vehicle and licence plate by email and WhatsApp — 3 hours before your flight lands — so you know exactly who to look for. The driver can also call or message you directly to coordinate. If you cannot find each other, message us on WhatsApp and we will connect you immediately.

It depends on where you’re going. IslandTransfer prices, as a guide: about ฿500 to the closest north-island beaches like Mai Khao, ฿850–900 to Patong, Kamala, Bang Tao or Surin, and ฿1,000–1,100 to Karon, Kata or Rawai further south. A Luxury Van (Toyota Alphard) is ฿3,200–4,000 depending on the area. Every price is fixed and agreed before you fly — see our full price list, or message us your hotel name for an exact quote.

Nothing bad! You give us your flight number when booking, and IslandTransfer tracks it. Your driver adjusts to the actual landing time at no extra charge. If a delay is very long we will message you with an updated plan.

Nothing is charged when you book and IslandTransfer never asks for card details — there is no online payment at all. You settle directly with your driver on the day you travel, in cash (Thai Baht) or by Thai bank transfer, and the amount is exactly the price agreed in writing when you booked. Yes. The price you see when booking is the full price — it already includes fuel, tolls and airport parking. No meter, no night surcharge surprises, no luggage fees for normal luggage. If your plan changes (extra stop, different hotel), tell us and we confirm any new price before the trip, never during it. A stop on the way, such as a viewpoint, a meal or shopping, is ฿300 per hour from its first minute — every started hour counts as a full hour. A stop that takes the car off the route is also ฿15 per extra km (฿40 in the Luxury Van), and a detour of 3 km or less is free. If you ask on the day, your driver uses these same rates.
