Is the Luxury Van the same as a VIP van?＋
Yes — it is what many travellers call a VIP van: a Toyota Alphard with two captain seats in the middle row, extra legroom and a quiet cabin. We call it the Luxury Van because in Thailand "VIP van" often means a converted Toyota Commuter, which is a different, cheaper vehicle. When you book the Luxury Van, you get an Alphard.
How many passengers and bags fit in the Toyota Alphard?＋
Up to 5 passengers with 4 bags (typically 2 large suitcases and 2 small bags). With the third row in use the boot is small, so for 6 or more people or lots of luggage, book our 9-seat van instead, or a Luxury Van plus a second car.
How much is a Toyota Alphard from Phuket Airport?＋
A fixed ฿3,200 to ฿4,000 per vehicle depending on the area: ฿3,200 to Mai Khao or Nai Yang near the airport, ฿3,600 to Patong, and ฿4,000 to Rawai or Nai Harn in the far south. Fuel, tolls, airport parking and a name-sign meet and greet at arrivals are included. There is no night surcharge.
Can I hire the Alphard by the hour or for a full day?＋
Yes — ฿6,500 for 5 hours, ฿1,000 for each extra hour, and never more than ฿9,000 for a full day of up to 10 hours. Driver, fuel and parking in Phuket are included.
Can I get a Toyota Vellfire instead?＋
Yes, on request, for ฿1,000 more than the Alphard price on any route. Mention it when you book and we confirm availability before your trip.
Do I pay in advance?＋
No. Nothing is charged when you book and we never ask for card details. You pay your driver on the day, in Thai Baht cash or by Thai bank transfer — exactly the price confirmed in writing when you booked.
